The Velos Mobile & Studio Vara Architects Office was a Tenant Improvement project. The plan was to augment the space creating a professional look and feel by adding sheetrock, painting, adding doors and hardware, modernizing the electrical and low voltage, plumbing, new architectural countertops and more efficient lightening.
